Understanding how it works

Muscles, in the body, operate by pairs. Through reciprocal innervation of muscles that are actively contracted, the antagonist muscles are relaxed and therefore safely stretched so as to increase joint and muscle mobility.

Active Isolated Stretching was developed by Aaron Mattes, over the past 35 years and introduced to Hong Kong in 1997, by Chris Watts when he co-founded Stretch Limited

Call us at (852) 21678686 or email us to schedule your initial session( one hour minimum). It will include a 15 minute postural assessment and the rest will be assisted stretching. Your therapist will explain to you what is going on with your body, define a plan of action to help you and get on with it. After your first session, you should already feel a difference.
