Originally from Montana, USA, Adrian has been a massage therapist and body worker for the past 10 years.

Completing a graduate level sports massage course at the Brenneke School of Massage, in Seattle, USA in 2000 reaffirmed his interest in working with athletes and he quickly enrolled at The University of Montana- Missoula and studied Athletic Training.

Athletic training is focused on the management, care and prevention of athletic injuries and provided a diverse experience in working with the many aspects of a college sports team. The curriculum is heavily focused on anatomy and physiology as well as sport specific bio mechanics. He continued his education at the University of Montana and completed a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. During this two year period, he worked as the athletic trainer for the Montana track and field team.

He has advanced experience in deep tissue massage, myo fascial release techniques, lymphatic drainage for injury rehabilitation, and Active Isolated Stretching, Stretch core modality.

Adrian is a certified Athletic Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist in the United States.

Greatly inspired by his mother, Connie, a massage therapist for 23 years, who currently practices Active Isolated Stretching in Washington, D.C, he aims at eventually practicing sports medicine for an NBA franchise.

When not working at Stretch, Adrian enjoys the outdoors, particularly skateboarding, tennis, and basketball.
