Jesus G Leekohsu, Stretch therapistLee has been involved in health and wellness since 1993, working comprehensively with human biomechanics and therapeutic exercise for the last 15 years. Drawing on his formal education as a Physiotherapist and a Medical Technologist as well as years of personal study on functional movement, postural alignment and corrective exercise, he has developed a unique and powerful ability to help his clients overcome their health issues and reach their specific goals.

Aside from treating clients with major health issues, Lee has worked with both professional and recreational athletes, assisting in the facilitation of improved performance. After graduation in 1999, he opened the first personal training and multidisciplinary clinic in Chinatown Manila, specializing in musculoskeletal problems and postural conditioning. As a consultant, he presented workshops and lectures at numerous locations. He also provided topics in consumer publications and to a popular telecommunication company.

Lee is a certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and  the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and also a long time member and attendee of IDEA Health and Fitness Association based in San Diego, CA. He is also a certified Pilates instructor (mat and small equipment) and teaches group fitness such as Yoga, stability ball and spinning.

Aside from Active Isolated Stretching, Lee developed and specializes in a modified Manual Resistance Technique that works on uncoordinated and decreased muscle function.  It builds the foundation and enhances the ability to control specific muscle groups and decreases the risk of injury.

When fitness was still primarily a matter of weight training, Lee had already recognized the value of additional proper biomechanics, postural conditioning and mobility training. As a result of this, he has also been consulting in the establishment of several multifunctional health clubs. Lee has a wealth of hands-on experience working in a wide variety of rehabilitation and sports conditioning scenarios. He has a direct teaching style that suits those who are highly motivated.

Lee lives a healthy lifestyle, the one that he would recommend for all his clients.
