Stretch is the only stretching studio in Hong Kong that specializes in flexibility and postural re-alignment, using the revolutionary technique called Active Isolated Stretching®, developed by Aaron Mattes, in the USA, over the passed 35 years.

Chris Watts, founder of Stretch Limited, brought Active Isolated Stretching® to Asia and Hong Kong in 1997 and in  April 2006, he and his wife Sylvie were commissioned to open a stretching studio in London, a studio that now runs independently.

In May 2006, the London Evening Standard voted Chris Watts one of  "London's 50 most wanted health gurus". He and his team are the best trained Active Isolated Stretching® practitioners in Hong Kong and the whole of Asia.

Our treatment beds and bolsters, are wiped with an antiseptic solution after each use. We keep all equipment off the floor, also for hygienic purposes. Everyday, even the carpet is vacuumed using the state-of-the-art Hyla water-based cleaning system.
