Here at Stretch, we measure our health and well being by the amount of vitality and energy that we have to expend. Our positive attitude to our work and the people we work with is crucial to the emotional stability of the company. Our staff work physically 8 hours a day. What is it that fuels our body, prevents us from getting ill and keeps us at peak performance?

 

In this section, we aim at sharing with you what we think we should all do to enhance our health, our well-being and our level of vitality, so that we can enjoy life to its fullest.

If all we are aiming at is wealth and more wealth, how could we enjoy it if we did no have health?

We write about stretching, posture, nutrition, ergonomics, performance.
