Our team will come and educate your staff on how to obtain and maintain good posture, and consequently reduce their risk of developing debilitating pain that will compromise their productivity at work.

become a certified Active Isolated Stretching practitioner and run your own Stretch studio

Our 2 month internship programme requires an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. It aims at offering fitness enthusiasts or university graduates with little or no hands-on experience in bodywork, the opportunity to become a fully certified A.I.S. practitionner.

Interships take place in Hong Kong.
