The Stretch membership program is designed to help you fit regular Assisted Stretching and Strengthening into your busy life, so that you feel fully mobile, strong, prevent so-easy-to-get injuries and enjoy your life to the fullest with tons of energy.

With our yearly membership, coming to Stretch more than just a few times a year is not only more effective for your general fitness and well-being, but it is more gentle on your wallet too.

After the first 12 sessions, that are included in your prepaid membership, you enjoy a 20% discount on all your additional sessions for the rest of the year.

Most of our clients use the first 12 sessions in 3 or 4 months, so it's really a great deal for them. It will be for you too, even if you can only fit a couple of sessions a month.

Cancellation policy : We understand that keeping appointments in not always easy. Please give us at least 24h notice when you want to cancel or change your appointment to avoid late cancellation charges.
