We offer 2 membership options: 3 month (6 one hour sessions) and 12 month (12 one hour sessions).

The 3 month program is ideal for those who wish to see great results quickly and do not want a committment beyond 3 months.

The 12 month program is ideal for those who would like more flexibility and more time to use their sessions.

After you have completed the sessions that come included in your membership program, you can purchase unlimited sessions at Lower Membership Rate for as long as you remain an active member of Stretch.

Most of our clients use the first 12 sessions in 3 or 4 months, so it's really ideal for them. It will be for you too, even if you can only fit a couple of sessions a month.

Memberships are individual. You can convert your individual membership into a family membership, at any time during the validity period, for a small fee

Cancellation policy : We understand that keeping appointments in not always easy. Please give us at least 24h notice when you want to cancel or change your appointment to avoid late cancellation charges.
